Time, date and place have been set up for the New York Publishers Reception for 2006 (formerly called Authors & Editors). It will be held Monday, November 20th at the Society of Illustrators, the same place it was in previous years - 128 East 63rd Street, New York, NY 10021.

Same as before, 7:30 to 1:00 AM (but people didn't leave until after 2:00 AM). SFWA members are encouraged to come, but they don't get individually mailed invitations. That's a cost-saving measure, not an intentional slight. Please, you should all try to come--it's a blast.

This year, I'm happy to announce that we've tied back up with Philcon, which is being held on November 17 - 19, 2006.

Note that it's the week of Thanksgiving. Looking forward to it.
