On April 23, 2005, the ballots of the SFWA officer's election were counted. The count was conducted by Election Committee Chairman Gregory Feeley, active members Beth Bernobich and Peter Heck, and Executive Director Jane Jewell. A total of 349 valid ballots were received and counted. An additional 28 ballots contained no cover sheet and were not counted.
