COMMISSION
Ads from ad agencies are accepted by the
SFWA Bulletin on behalf of individual advertisers
-- however, the SFWA Bulletin does not grant
commissions to ad agencies. The advertiser assumes responsibility
for payment of ads placed on its behalf if for any reason
the agency placing the ad fails to pay the SFWA Bulletin.
ACCEPTABILITY
The SFWA Bulletin reserves
the right to reject any advertisement which does not meet
the editorial standards of the magazine or which appears to
be deceptive, fraudulent, misleading, offensive or unethical.
The advertiser assumes all responsibility for any claims against
the magazine as a result of its ad. All ads are subject to
review by the editor and his decision on acceptability is
final.
